Barbara Blinn is a known activist who fights for justice outside a courtroom. Barbara who was a victim learned very young that life is about living as a survivor, not a victim. Barbara has formed TVOVCA (The Voice of Victims), which deals with corrupt judicial systems and unfair practices throughout America.

Barbara is also known for chasing down predators and demanding change after she was told about children getting off a school bus near 100 sex offenders, Barbara protested day and night and was going to put in a daycare to force the offenders to leave if the state did not change the bus route. Barbara is also known throughout the media after covering cases like Casey Anthony and helping with hunting predators who abduct children.

Barbara has joined with her Mother Shirley Rock through podcasts and going live discussing real issues in America, even putting boots on the ground to find facts on unsolved cases. Shirley Rock was a private investigator for many years during Barbara's childhood and now they have teamed up for answers and to find justice.
